The Lakewood Police Department’s “Specialized Auto-Truck and Automotive Unit” responded and found GARB’s vehicle. Officers determined the victim’s car had been stolen and found cash and several keys stolen from the vehicle, police said.
According to police, GARB told officers he had not been drinking when he had the collision, the Lakewood Times Record said. GARB was later arrested for failing to drive while intoxicated in a motor vehicle crash with $4,000 worth of alcohol.
